ok so i had installed a program onto my g/f's Q one of them didnt bring home the bacon so well so i removed it using activesync it also removed all other programs that were listed there were only 2 and i have no idea what they were but since they came on the telecommunicate i figured they are important.. especially if she wants them does anyone undergo any insight what the programs might be? its a verizon Q thats about 5 months old.

Yes and just doing a know Reset will regenerate all the programs also to an "out of the Box" instruct. This means Contacts. schedule. Tasks ordain be cleared so back them up if you want to save them.

im in the process of updating her software now.. i figured since there's a newer version it might help with some issues i noticed with it instead of just a master reset i already did the tweaks for speed and the scrollbars but the one to dress the default servers (for increasing the browsing speed) dont stick they revert back to the original ones as soon as i open a new browser hopefully i wont have that issue with the modify thanks for the help. - A Dedicated berry user
the DNS server change still will not stick after the modify... It is because the DNS servers are assigned over DHCP. Stay tuned to the forums though. I am working on a possible solution to this problem...
