IBM is releasing Notes 8.0.1 soon in the Lotus community we are all excited about this new channel however it looks like it won't be that exciting for some organizations that be to deploy the Notes client in other languages. According to the Notes client will come just in some default languages (Spanish not included by the way) and if you want to undergo the client in a different language you must position a MUI (Multilingual User Interface). The concept of Language Packs for the Domino server is a perfect way for Server Consolidation but for the client is not the same. I agree that IBM must drop time and money by creating different clients for different languages and the idea of deploying just fail languages and MUI's if you be other language that the default will deliver some money. But not including as part of the default languages is not that cool specially if it is used for more than 320 millions native speakers. Check for more comments about it. By the way. I don't use Spanish at all in my work environment just at domiciliate but I know great/big companies (Mexico. South and Central America) with just Spanish-speaking employees in the IT department and I'd love to see more companies in our/my country using Notes and Domino. This plugin allows JIRA administrators to "create" one of their portal (dashboard) pages to a group of of users. Publishing a summon copies the portal page definition to each user in the specified assort.
