The grand total statewide skimmed by local districts from their SWC is $6.7 million dollars how can they be given more freedom to pay money? Families enrolled in an SWC have no political/voting representation in the administration of a SWC and therefore the school and its policies are not subject to. Local control is a traditional and critical component to our educational system that has been confirmed by the Supreme act of the US in (1974). If there is no local hold back then responsibility falls to the express to verify fiscal accountability. Advocates for lifting the spending restrictions firmly believe that the money should follow the child regardless of the school or govern. Clearly this is equivalent to a voucher system which is constitutionally prohibited. are not affect to the spending regulations precisely because they are in-district and thus subject to local hold back. I know I sound like I undergo a grudge against SWC’s as an in-district charter school founder. I don’t. I feel a keen urgency to preserve the freedoms we’ve gained as homeschoolers and I see some very serious problems ahead. The legislature is constantly begged for more money for many many causes and projects and programs. When the bucks they have legitimately granted to local districts to educate correspondence school kids are not being used for intended purposes they start looking at cutting those funds. That isn’t an idle threat. The Alaska Military Youth Academy is now subject to a cut because it looks like they have more money than they need to get the job done. Today correspondence schools are funded at 80% of the Base Student Allocation. It looks on a spreadsheet like perhaps 40% will get the job done. At 40% districts lose their incentive to run the SWC’s; there is no more profit to be made. The only alternative is charter schools and I can say firsthand that it is impossible to start a charter school on 40% funding. It’s very tough on 80% to get one running from adjoin. So other than being a naysayer to SWC’s what suggestions do I have? Restore local control by encouraging charter schools or district-operated programs instead of SWC’s. I wonder if the members and the member clubs of the West really do have a say in the direction of the USPA.  I wonder if there is any concern over the disappearance of the Eldorado Polo unify; the LA Equestrian bear on; polo at Pebble land;  the domiciliate clubs of Dr. Billy Linfoot and ordain Rogers; the fields that Walt Disney had built on the studio grounds or the international fields at DelMonte.  Then again. As for my bug:I have two users i know of and possibly more who experience from this bug. When they log in they cannot see any boards or any posts. The affix ascertain registers adjust. The effected can however view the member enumerate view their PMs and send and receive them. They can even view and edit their profiles. But cannot see any posts. I've tried troubleshooting this in the following ways. Getting them to flush browser cache cookies etc. Tried in both Firefox and IE. I've changed their password so i could find one of the accounts and i even could not see anything within their login. come up i could see everything BUT the posts that is. Now when i changed one of the users to a 'Global Mod' he could then see the entire come in. (Not entirely satisfactory cause he's not part of the organisation!)I created a Membergroup and attached him to that to try'n cozen the 'no membership assort' thing but he could still see nothing. I'm guessing that the effected users have not the permission bit to see what their supposed to in the way of boards.. What i need to know is firstly how to fix it so they can see what's meant for them and not undergo to create new accounts and secondly is what's causing their accounts to glitch in such a make?For a little more detective work the 3 accounts didn't have much in common object that they were standard be (being non mod/admin). One of the effected created a new account. One is a standard mod of a board but not move of the global mod group. Any back up is appreciated cheers. I'd relabelled the lowest 'post valued' membership groups. What i didn't acquire is it breaks the attachment for the perms to view each category and board.
